"Keep your dreams alive - they do come true

- Mayank and Sejal Gala, 1 vision

p.s. - Hope you find your dreams in corporate america"

I found that on a postcard today in my mailbox. A postcard from the couple that only a few months ago introduced me to Quixtar - Amways online marketing scam. On the front was a picture of a resort and the logo of some kind of leadership convention

Now, I have plenty of things to post about lately, but this took the cake today. I'm dumbfounded.

I thought this could be the result of one of 2 things:

1.) They are genuinely kind people, living lives completely unaware that they are deceitful, trecherous lies, and really mean me well.

2.) A seedy, underhanded ploy to plant the idea of false grandeur and success back into my mind right when it was most likely completely purged.

Both options utterly vex me.

I might just keep this postcard as a credit to the unexplainable moments in my life that I will probably never make sense of.

Let's put this functionality of this journal to some good use, that is, if you don't mind.

I have two issues that I would like some opinions on - if things go well it could very likely enhance the quality of my life: won't that make you feel good?

1 - Eating Healthily and Economically.

Financial situations lately are amazingly difficult. I hate the student loan system. That aside, I'm trying to cut costs as much as possible. I simply can't afford to buy lunch at work anymore. So, I'm trying to think of foods that are 1.) relatively cheap 2.) good for me 3.) can be bought in bulk and stored for a reasonable amount of time without going bad and 4.) taste good (that would help).

As it is, I am spending like 5 bucks a meal, and that's no good. I know I can identify some key foods that fit these criteria, but I would like to know what everyone else thinks. Variety is the spice of life, right? If this was your situation, what would you buy the most of? Oh, lunch or dinner, mind you.

2 - Enhancing life through sound

Music is one of my favorite things. There is never a time where I am home and music is not playing. I wish I had more time to search around and delve deeper into music, but I just don't have the capacity to download, listen, decide, repeat. I would like you to tell me what your favorite three albums are, and maybe even why. This is something people like to do anyway, right?

Thanks!
